If you receive a gown you do not like or the gown is damaged or is defective in any way, Everly Bridals will allow you to return or exchange the gown.
Notify Everly Bridals within 72 hours of receiving the gown in order to start the refund or exchange process or the refund or exchange may not be honored.
Shipping charges on return gowns is the responsibility of the Retailer.
Everly Bridals will refund the amount back to the Retailer’s account for future purchases.
