As soon as gowns arrive, you will receive an email notifying that gowns are now in stock and available to purchase through everlybridals.com
Changes to an order or cancellations of an order must be received in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours. Changes and/or cancellations after this time will not be accepted.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Invoice not paid by due date will result in a late fee of 2% per week.
All orders are subject to the approval of Everly Bridals.
The Retailer is not allowed to sell any gowns online. Accounts will be terminated for online sales.
The Retailer is not allowed to trans-ship gowns. Accounts will be terminated for trans-shipping.
We encourage you to brand the collection to your store and take your own photos. Everly Bridals does not permit the use of our images by the Retailer.
